A gentle magnesium cream, in two comforting scents, for the moments your body needs to slow down.

Some days your body just carries more than others. Tired legs, tight shoulders, that keyed-up feeling that follows you to bed. Topical magnesium is one of the simplest ways to help your body ease into rest, and a soft, nourishing cream makes it something you'll actually reach for.

Made with a real magnesium brine, mango and kokum butters, and skin-loving oils, with a little arrowroot so it absorbs without a heavy, greasy feel. Keep it on your nightstand or work it into your daily routine as a simple way to care for yourself.

Choose Your Scent

Calming Lavender. Soft and floral, made for winding down at the end of a long day. I made this one after months of restless legs and a jaw I didn't realize I was clenching.

Orange Cream. Warm sweet orange and vanilla, a scent that makes daily use feel like a small treat.

Why You'll Love It

  • Delivers topical magnesium to help tired, tense muscles feel more at ease

  • Two scents to choose from: Calming Lavender or Orange Cream

  • A true cream feel that absorbs in without heaviness

  • Leaves skin soft, smooth, and nourished

  • Handmade in small batches, by me

Key Ingredients

Magnesium Chloride A concentrated magnesium brine, dissolved and blended right into the cream, delivering magnesium through the skin where your body holds tension.

Mango Butter + Kokum Butter + Apricot Kernel + Jojoba Oils A rich, skin-loving base that holds up to warm weather and still absorbs without feeling greasy.

Arrowroot Powder Helps the cream sink in with a soft, dry-touch finish.

How to Use

Apply a generous amount to calves, shoulders, the back of the neck, or anywhere your body feels tense. Massage in until absorbed. Use daily or as needed, especially in the evening as part of a wind-down routine. Apply with dry hands, and use within about 6 months of opening.

A mild tingling is normal when you first start using topical magnesium and usually eases with regular use.

FAQ

Will I feel a tingle? Some people feel a light tingle on first use. That's the magnesium absorbing, and it usually settles down within a week or two of regular use. If it feels like too much, apply to already-moisturized skin or use a little less.

Is it gentle enough for sensitive skin? It's made with simple, nourishing ingredients, but skin is personal. I always suggest a small patch test on your inner arm before your first full use, especially if your skin runs sensitive.

How long does a jar last? This depends on how much and how often you use it. Many people find a 3.5 oz jar lasts a couple of months.

Which scent should I pick? Calming Lavender is the one to reach for at bedtime. Orange Cream works well any time of day if you want something warmer and sweeter.

Is it safe during pregnancy? Topical magnesium is generally considered safe, but please clear the essential oil in your chosen scent (lavender or sweet orange) with your provider first if you're pregnant or nursing.

    My Favorite Magnesium Cream Ever!!

This is the best Magnesium Cream I've ever used. It helps calm my restless legs, helps with headaches and muscle aches, and it helps me sleep like a baby! I'm never disappointed when I use it!
