A gentle herbal cream for puffy, heavy, or sluggish-feeling days.
Some mornings you wake up puffy. Long travel, hormonal shifts, or a lot of time on your feet can leave your body feeling heavy and slow to move. This cream was made to support the gentle, light-pressure massage and dry brushing that help your body feel lighter again.
I made it after a long flight left me with ankles I didn't recognize and nothing in my cabinet that helped. It's infused with calendula, cleavers, dandelion root, and ginger, the herbs traditionally used for lymphatic support, in a nourishing base of apricot kernel, jojoba, mango butter, and castor oil. The texture glides slowly and smoothly, exactly what light lymphatic strokes need.

How to Use

FAQ
How is this different from a regular body cream? Most creams are made to soak in quickly. This one is made to glide, so you can do slow, gentle strokes for a few minutes without it disappearing or dragging. The herbal infusion adds the traditional lymph-support botanicals a regular moisturizer doesn't have.
How long does a jar last? This depends on how much and how often you use it. Many people find a 3.5 oz jar lasts a couple of months.
Can I use it in the sun? This blend contains grapefruit and lime, which can make skin more sensitive to sunlight. Avoid direct sun on treated areas for about 12 hours after applying, or use it in the evening.
Good to Know

If you're managing a health condition, check with your provider before adding lymphatic massage to your routine.
Because it contains grapefruit and lime, avoid direct sun on treated skin for about 12 hours after applying, or use it in the evening.
