A portable herbal balm stick for the tension headaches that show up mid-day.

You know the ones. The 3pm ache behind your eyes, the tightness that builds in your temples after too long at a screen, the pressure that settles into your neck by evening. This little stick gives you cooling comfort right where you need it, without the mess of oil or hunting for a pill.

It's made with cooling peppermint, clearing eucalyptus, and rosemary, softened with calming lavender and chamomile, in a nourishing balm base that twists up and glides on. Small enough to keep in your bag, your desk, or your nightstand, so it's there when you need it.

Why You'll Love It

  • Twist-up stick, no drips, no grease, no spills in your bag

  • Cooling peppermint and eucalyptus, balanced with calming lavender and chamomile

  • A nourishing balm base that feels gentle, not harsh

  • Small enough to keep everywhere you might need it

  • Handmade in small batches, by me

Key Ingredients

Peppermint + Eucalyptus + Rosemary

Cooling and clearing, traditionally used for head, sinus, and neck-and-shoulder comfort.

Lavender + Roman Chamomile

Calming counterweights that keep the blend gentle, not just cooling.

Basil, Ravensara, Cinnamon Leaf, Ginger

Traditional supporting botanicals that round out the blend.

Apricot Kernel Oil + Coco-Caprylate + Mango Butter

A smooth, nourishing base that glides on cleanly, with beeswax and cetyl alcohol to hold the stick's shape without melting or crumbling.

How to Use

At the first sign of tension, twist up a small amount and swipe onto your temples (well away from the eyes), the base of your skull, the back of your neck, or your shoulders. Massage in gently and breathe the aroma in.

Reapply as needed.

FAQ

How quickly will I feel it? You'll usually notice the cooling sensation right away. Reapply as needed through the day.

Is it gentle enough for sensitive skin? This is a concentrated blend made for small areas like the temples. A couple of the oils (cinnamon leaf, basil) can be sensitizing for some people, so I always suggest a patch test on your inner arm before applying to your face.

Good to Know

  • Not for children under 6, since peppermint and eucalyptus can affect breathing in young children. For ages 6 to 12, apply a small amount to the back of the neck only, by an adult.

  • If you're pregnant, nursing, or have asthma, please check with your provider first.

  • Patch test before your first use. Avoid eyes, nostrils, mouth, and broken skin, and wash your hands after applying.

  • Keep away from cats. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
